Mario Natangelo

He graduated in Law in the University of Naples.
He is the youngest Italian author of political satire. At the age of 21 he already contributes to many national newspapers and to the most important satirical Italian publications.
His first professional publication was in Emme, satirical supplement of L'Unitá. In parallel, his work is published in Liberazione, another national newspaper. He contributes to the editorial group Chiarelettere, where many of the best journalists, authors and artists from the Italian culture participate today. This publishing brand has gathered and published his cartoons in the 2010 Agenda. He currently works in Rome, where he has a daily strip published in Il Fatto, a national newspaper, and also a weekly funny strip in L'Unitá.
His works have been exhibited in many conventions in Italy and Spain. In 2009, the satirical exhibition [no]vizi, devised by himself, gained great success, bringing almost 20 authors of the Italian and European historical satire together.
Among the awards received, he was awarded with the National Award of Political Satire Forte dei Marmi, together with the editorial office of Emme.
